Very Annoying Features
When I call a customer service hotline, I don't want to be presented with ads. In fact, if I have to call one of these lines it's probably to get an RMA number, meanwhile they will deliberately place me on hold to listen to their speil.
As for the autodialing feature, don't get me started. Someone calls my house and tells me to please hold for an important call...I instinctively hang up !
Even if I REALLY want and need a product, I make it a practice to NOT buy from telemarketers because misery loves company and if one of them gets a sale, then your phone will ring off the hook.
As for the "do not call" list...I have had a few since it went into effect. When I mentioned that you the number they called is that list, they do tend to hang up on me though.
