Let Me Tell You Something
If these proprietors persist in distributing music without performance of the product there is going to be trouble for them. In a very personal sense when you have a product your get customer and receipt - and thats it. You do not get a lifetime arrangement of databasing the purchased affect via any type of inclusionary,or exclusive arrangement to denie them their privacy rights. And I only make this point so that this is seen by the labels and these piracy premise bulshevicks.

Another thing is the present DRM is flawed. When the persistence is that a given product in and of itself in digital form cannot be moved from machine to machine without hinderance or limitation your product is not performing. If it is that these proprietors come around that DRM does not dictate a good product it will be one that recognizes itself in digital form of being so. It is a bad product when configuration changes in a computer for example ''makes all things go away'' as has been purchased by the consumer.

No business arrangement is going to side with consumers who are burnt on these DRM problems. The DRM cannot handle it- you should not be selling the product.

Nomatter what the arrangement is made until you look into the end person buying your products as having right to performance from them you should not even attempt to aquant yourselves of your products as they exist.

Some judges may agree that they may be fraudulent agreements when the person is devalued via their monetary asset when the product doesn't perform. If it is the DRM that does not perform for the product these companies are still be held responsible.

There are other benevolent scenarios of wich to secure copyrighted digital products. Of wich DRM may have a secondary person. To the person of purchase.

And since the idea of marketing these products based on the security only, and not the performance of them it should be considered that the security and the person of distribution could be both held responsible.

No consumer needs to be ripped off. There is no kind of girl scout cookie made out of rocks or dirt. So consider it -soon.

-just talking.
