Loverock runs BSD on his box, hardly a user
friendly distribution. I think his main brief
against Linux is the GPL. Past posts clearly
state that. You cannot incorporate GPL'd code
into any product and then close it off. If it
contains GPL'd code and you release it for sale
it has to be under the GPL license and you must
make the source code available. Seems reasonable
to me, but Loverock feels a lot differently.
