Umm the poster said he was a European so yes it was obvious.
He also said he lived in the US, so is subject to US law, so I'd say has as much right as anyone else.
If we were to take your analogy to its logical conclusion you'd have to say that the US citizens have no right to comment on the laws in other countries either. So that when the North Korea or Burma commit attocities we should shut up unless we're citizens????

I don't understand your point/joke?... are you suggesting that business is not done between continents and that companies operating overseas shouldn't obey local laws?
