how about a real solution: defendant to judge: "your honour we'd liek to move that this suit be made pending, until the plaintiff (SCO) can actually prove beyon dlegal doubt that 1) they do own the copyrights to the code and can leaglly enforce it and 2) that the linux code actually does contain violations of said code. should SCO legally prove that (in other cases they have pending), we will be more thna happy to comply with them. until they have such legal proof, we feel that this suit is simply a form of harrassment at best and extortion at worst."; Posted by: ryusen Posted on: 03/02/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
