Linux is wrongly accused.
? ... the person suing you doesn't show you what you've done wrong.?

SCO accused us we are thieves with the purpose to get money; but they do not know/show did we steal something or not. Therefore, SCO?s actions legally are BLACKMAIL.

Linux received SCO?s codes LEGALLY (IBM, etc.). This is not Linux concern where and how IBM, etc. got those codes if nobody filed papers against donated-code-companies. (like if somebody gave you a stolen gift and you didn?t know about ? you won?t go to jail).

The SCO?s codes were distributed under the GPL, therefore the SCO lost legal rights to sue anybody for the codes. The SCO did not filed papers against IBM etc. BEFORE the SCO got under the GPL.

Thus, they cannot win IBM etc. Linux cases. It?s like somebody gave you a donation and then changed his mind and request the donation back and sue people who took the donation he gave them (concise explanation, because the case is more complex).

Conclusion:

Legally - Linux users did nothing wrong. IBM, etc. cannot be sued because SCO violated the procedure (SCO filed papers against IBM, etc. after they lose rights to do it.). The SCO must be punished for blackmail.

If the whole World will give the SCO-MS what they deserved ? we will get a positive outcome faster plus much more.
