Certainly companies would love to keep lawsuits in progress and would protect some worthless case from being thrown out of court just so they could establish some precedent. That's the Mohammed Ali Rope A Dope method of trial lawyering! LOL!!!

If IBM could shed this suit tomorrow, they would do so. After everyone gets done cursing EV1 for keeping their customers calm, consider that there are millions of lawyers in the world and a lot of them are not so sure that the case is worthless.

David Boies is pretty prominent and pretty smart. Did he suddenly just sell out for some stock swindle or does he see some merit there, after having seen the evidence that you have not?

With horse manure pouring out every opening, there's got to be a pony in there somewhere.
