This isn't the normal FUD
SCO is moving at FUD Factor 9. Announcing a token licensee AND suing an end user on consecutive days? This is the mother load of FUD. This is call in the fast movers, broken arrow, dump it on the perimeter FUD.

The German settlement was bad news, but not bad enough to justify all this.

All I can figure is they have some really BAD news in their earnings announcement Wednesday. You can bet there's going to a lot of pro-forma this and good will that. You think Stevie boy had a good monkey dance, wait until you see McBride on Wednesday.
