Only in America can a dying software company file lawsuits claiming they own the code developed by someone else, because they claim it is derived from code they still haven't proven they have a copyright on, that they themselves distributed under the GPL license agreement - then violate the terms of, and claim everyone else's copyrights are invalid in. Monkeys smoking crack make more sense than these. If they are really so convinced they are right, why did they settle out of court in Germany, giving up on all of their idiotic claims?
