I see very clearly that...
A fool and his money are soon parted. SCO can't even show uncontested ownership of what they are claiming - how will they be able to sue (disregarding the fact that suing a casual enduser will never stand up in court...) everyone running Linux. And why has ZDNet not picked up the legal ruling against SCO made in Germany which fines them $12,500 per occurrence of making statements like this in Germany? At least report the news, both good and bad. Here I thought that Journalists were supposed to "research" their articles first... silly me....
