Yes the same compatibility as with Win2k and NT and XP. They will run... with "minor" quirks and then Microsoft Tech Support will "urge to upgrade...". This is again undercover push to new develepments and if someone still falls for compatibility then one should make an effort and understand why Microsoft (and some other companies) do that.
