Ummm Bill does invest in US education
http://www.gatesfoundation.org/Education/ and on page 9 of http://www.gatesfoundation.org/nr/downloads/ed/policy.pdf it states that his foundation has commited 2 billion dollars to get low income and minority students through hi-school and into college.

I am no fan of BallmerGates or Microsoft but one must give credit when it is due.
