lack of CURRENT skills may be part of the problem
Our biggest problem is that the people of this country can't see that purchasing one of the most expensive items that they will ever buy from a country that does not and will not buy from our country is a very bad thing. If you send all your money to a country that will not send any of it back, sooner or later your country will have no money to send anywhere. When a big American discount store chain went over to Japan, they were met with protests about buying Japanese and the customers didn't come in. We should do the same with regard to their products when they come here.
