Oh My God .............
I simply cannot belive they are trying to fool people with this. These workers are not unskilled (which is exactly what they are saying).

The problem is they are paid more than they're foreign counterparts. If IBM retrains all these people, these people still won't be hired because they simply cannot compete against the lower salaries of workers in other countries.

Furthermore, they say they are retraining them for future jobs ............. problem with that is those future positions can fly overseas just as their old jobs did.

Just as Bmonster said, this is nothing but a PR stunt.
