Not "web services"
Wow, an email based test taking service and cellular modems are "web services"?!? Not.

Saving viewer data in "an XML-based web services format" is next to useless. Unless you're going to install a specialized-client on the user's machine it would make much more sense to put the data into a useful presenation format like HTML. (End-users do not read XML files.)

Meanwhile the iEverything initiatives (aside from probably running afoul of Apple's lawyers) seems to be the same ol' thing with a new coat of paint. The test taking service is just replace snail mail with email and maybe some parsing on the subject line to get the resulting emails to the right people. I certainly hope they aren't expecting the respondents to write their essays using an XML editor...
