I recall you claiming SCO had an airtight case on the breach of contract.

You seem to be the only one on ZDNet that is truly clueless about this.

Have you taken a little time to actually read the pleadings? Not the PR fluff but the pleadings? IBM didn't oppose it because it's even more ridiculous than the claim they made before.

It, too, will end up a non-starter. Even the market is getting wise. The stock is still slipping. I don't thing anyone has ever put forth a more ridiculous claim of derivative. According to the SCO definition, Quickbooks is a derivative of MS.

Of course, you'll pin your hopes on anything. Don't think there is a more religious MS zealot anywhere. Certainly not a more anti-Linux zealot anywhere.
