Never ending story
IBM seems to be playing the "cool" card here by letting SCO file away. They seem to be saying "play cat and mouse all you want and we'll be here when your done". Sadly, it drags this out even further. I think a quick resolution would have been better but IBM probably doesnt want to rush anything to prevent people from thinking they might be in the wrong.

Oh well. If nothing else the open source community gets to strut its stuff against a proprietary software company without getting their feet wet in the process. This case will set them above future challenges.
