You expect a lot out of a business...
Let's not forget that Microsoft is a business, not a political machine and not a charity. Let us know when you donate your first billion, or establish your first educational foundation. And Microsoft's donation to the UN Population Control Fund is no different than Bob Barker going on and on about spaying or neutering your pets. If a family can't provide for the existing household, they shouldn't be adding to it. Maybe you should hold parents as accountable as you seem to want to hold a company donating money to what they see as a worthy cause. It's parents bringing children into conditions of poverty that's the problem, not an organization trying to help them avoid that scenario.
