this does help strengthen RH and adds even more emphasis on MS to produce a quality server environment. MS is behind on web based application development and will need to do a lot of work to catch up.

In the not too distant future you will see a lot more applications being run on background servers and it will not make a lot of difference what OS you are accessing these apps with. As long as the end user has a high quality browser like IE or FireFox, they will be able to simply add a few plugins and go to work.
