HP is to blame
I've just got some 'good HP deal' and when the system is booted up it takes 5-7 minutes. When I 'login' it takes LONGER ! wink around 10mins!!! All the advertising crap comes up and I am presented with numerous big advertising windows which have no close button. If one clicks anywhere you are redirected to s/w that is trying to subscribe you to ISPs, HP support, antivirus, and other crap. You can finally AFTER SOME TIME to the control bar and kill what you don't want. But the machine stays unusable for several minutes.

I just din't care and let stay like that until I put some Linux or UNIX on it....:-) I have a powerbook for my personal machine at home so I didn't want to waste any more valuable seconds from my life dealing with this ad infested crap happy
