10-15 minutes to boot up Windows?
You must have more software starting up with Windows than a stray has fleas.

Taken a look at msconfig lately?

I know Windows is made to be easy to use and to keep the user from having to worry about technical aggravations and to have everything needed right there ready when wanted, but even Windows takes some care and interest sometimes.
Neglect is a terrible thing.

[I'll let you know when I say something intended to be taken seriously.]
