By and large there is no way to get a total count. In this case, the reported numbers are what the OEMS are shipping. For the most part Enterprises will buy an enterprise license with a server but they do not have to. It is however a violation of the enterprise license to load the software on more then one machine. It all depends on the honesty of the user.
