How about "challenge" instead?
Well, as customers, it's a problem. We have to support both servers and desktops, and at present, we have to have two separate sets of expertise, training, support contractors, etc. This is getting the attention of management, which is becoming aware that there is a desktop alternative. My organization is not alone, we swap visits with many large commercial and government outfits, and the consulting houses regularly visit us (paid or unpaid), and the matter is getting widespread attention.

The numbers seem to show that we could benefit from a migration, but there is no specific impetus to do so. Licenses are paid up, current products still supported; there is not that specific incentive for a "fresh look." But sooner or later, we and our sisters will be forced to prepare for some kind of migration. The possibility of supporting all computer assets, no matter what the usage or who the vendor, with one operating system will certainly be worth looking at.

Call it a problem. Call it a challenge. It is coming.
