Who is Verisign to say HOW the Internet Works?
Who can sue? I am not a lawyer, so that would be up to ICANN, I imagine.

Bottom line... this company is working under a contract. The contract doesn't give them unprotected premises of the Internet. They are suppose to "maintain" the name database, not CHANGE the way the Internet works. Personally, I could give a rats a@@ that I am directed to a Verisign ad site. My mouse clicks on that X very easily. This company has a history of being deceitful and unethical. They have lost a class action suit for their illegal operations... they need to be fired now! Hopefully the Rome summit decides this and then, let them belly-ache with a new suit... they'll lose that to!
