Question.
What is going to happen if the DOJ blocks but the EU approves???

Is it a coincidence that the states joining the Bush Republican DOJ to block the Oracle bid for PeopleSoft all have Republican governors???

Perhaps Oracle should sue the Bush DOJ and/or wait for a new administration next year.
