EU has had HOW MANY years to voice its concern?
Vista has been in development for many years, and surely the EU has been keeping up on what is going to be in it. But here they are, just 6 months before Vista is set to RTM, and now they are going to voice some concerns.

Yes, Vista will include XPS--a technology similar to both PDF and PostScript. This has been known for over a year!

And, bundling "Internet search" in Vista? Right now, I am using my old Windows 98 laptop. And when I click Start, Find, what do I see? An entry for "On the Internet." Gasp! Windows 98 has bundled Internet search!

To contrast with the EU, the US's DOJ has been actively working with MS to make sure Vista doesn't break the DOJ settlement.
