You guy's might be right maybe it is the code and everything they did was wrong on building the OS, Maybe they really are cleaning house on an employee level also which can pose a delay in the release as well, Or maybe their is that much BETA testing to support so much hardware and software.

Either way they had to make a business decision and a consumer decision to withhold on releasing their products. It might not be great and it may seem fishy to some but if they are going to avoid having little operablility issue's then I say good.
