Well, he is right to a point, but, in all businesses, they tend to not want
you to see the blue collar people doing the work behind the scenes. You talk to the salesman, NOT the person that does the actual work in most cases.

So, I would say we need more people interfacing with businesses to drop the sandals and ponytail, but the people behind the scenes that do not have customer contact don't really matter that much.

Heck, even Jonathan Schwartz has a ponytail!!!
