In other words . . .
Kinda, but being a new language, the ports to the other platforms aren't really complete yet. Maybe someday it'll be like Java, but right now it's mostly Windows.

Interesting that people claim that C# is easier than Java? I dunno - when I switched to Java from C++, I found doing a lot of stuff was easier with Java, especially since it has a lot of functionality built-in, and I don't have to worry about pointers.

Also, Java has some real power built-in with reflection, which allows classes and methods to be passed as regular objects - does C# have something similar?

I've heard that C# doesn't use pointers either? Is that true?
