"M$ is looking to cash in on OpenDocument, hijack the code, make ODF into M$DF. What M$ calls a 'hostile takeover.'"

What code? ODF is a specification not code. Anyone can use the specification, including MS. In fact, most of us would LIKE it if MS would actually support an open standard.

How can MS "hijack" the code? The specification is open and published. You conform to it or you don't. MS doesn't. They have been badmouthing it for many months.
