Hold on now
We have to give them a fair chance at doing the right thing. ODF could use Microsoft's support if that is truly what they are doing. Microsoft products, and their customers, can all benefit from ODF. What would be really nice is for Microsoft to drop their proprietary XML document format in its standardization tracks and adopt ODF instead. That would be a nice gesture on their part to ensure good future relations with ODF.
