I work in retail land (I own a computer resale shop) and I can tell you that I sell more systems with Mac/linux installed than Window$. I hear everyday from my customers how glad they are that I offered linux to them on their systems or that I had a Mac for sale.

As for corporate land, I wont even guess because my business is to deal with average consumers and thier needs.

Also, I would be glad to be the first person to invite you to my home where there are FIVE computers running. One with Windows (because of certian games that my b/f likes) two Mac's running OS X and two linux desktops here, both of which came with Window$ preinstalled. Both of which were stripped of the annoying OS and linux installed in its place. The Window$ machine is ignored 95% of the time except when my b/f plays games. Otherwise he is on one of the linux systems because of the lack of trust for a Window$ machine on the net.
