A little behind... but give it a few days
The Red Hat and Fedora developers do some changes to the kernel, so it takes a little time to release it to the Yum repositories.

Just be sure Yum points to a "backports" repository, much like how I did with my distro, Ubuntu. You should be ready to go in a few days time.
