Might need to re-read the story

vulnerabilities, it got to the point where it was like the boy
crying wolf," said Phillip Harris, vice president of
information security for supermarket chain Safeway.
"Instead of crying wolf all the time, they are crying wolf
once a month.""

The story of the boy who cried wolf was about a boy
shepherd that after repeat false alarms failed to be taken
seriously when a wolf actually appeared.

The story is nothing like MS's critical vulnerabilities notices
as these were all real. When using windows forget the flock
of sheep and save yourself, the wolves are all around you!
