Do NOT underestimae the slacker or lazy person!!!
With the right attitude laziness can be the BEST thing for an
organization. A lazy person with the right attitude will find the
quickest and most efficient way to get a task done time after
time.

i am such a lazy person. I attack work like it is a mortal enemy
and to destroy my enemy I find the quickest most efficient
means to do so.

Have you ever seen the movie "Cool Hand Luke" with Paul
Newman? If not do so it's a great flick. In this movie Cool Hand
Luke finds himself on a chain gang and their job for the day in
the hot southern sun is to tar a road the olde fashion way with
shovel and a great deal of sweat and effort. Cool Hand has this
sroke of brilliance knowing that the BOSS plans on this being a
back breaking job all day long in the HOT sun Cool Hand starts
working as fast as he can and the other prisioners after getting
over the shock jump in with him and before they know it they
have completed the entire section of road. They look around
and realize there is no more tar to be distributed and the day is
just begun. A prisoner asks "What do we do now?" and Cool
Hand responds with a smile "Nothing". The perfect formular for
(Effort vs Reward) They put in the effort and get rewarded for it.

Unfortunetly today if you do a good or excellent job and destory
your given tasks in a timely manner the only reward you get is
more to do which in effect does not increase productivity it
desptroys it for there is no real reward no end in sight. Just
more so why work hard or fast?
