It's short sighted to only look at the Unions faults....
Unions have done great harm but lets face it Unions have also
done great good. I don't know about you guys but I don't think
the workplace would be anywhere as safe and just to the
employee (such that it is) if not in large part for unions cause
buisness has no compassion or love for workers that is plain and
simple.

So there is another end to this story. The gready pigs at the
troth CEO and the like who rake in millions in pay and more
millions in stock options (a bad idea that results in short
sightedness) and others in upper management who rape a
company from within and strip it down to raise stock prices in
the name of cost cutting which many times turns out to be a
move to either sell the company or merge it and destroy it's
effectiveness in the name of short term stock price hikes where
they themselves can cash in.

It's not a one way street here....not by far.
