Some History.
Wasn't much history there, as in when did Microsoft "Invent" Ajax?

The other history lesson I would like to know, is when did Microsoft ever do something that could be considered as conforming to standards?

Sure they talk like they are on the bandwagon, but soon it will be like XML in Office 12; it is like XML but with our own twist for what we consider to be in the best interest of our end users.

Gee, like with IE conformance to the W3C is really tough; the majority of end users don't have a clue the W3C is out there. That is developer knowledge.

If you are going to give a history lesson, the give the history and not a statement.
