was it about programmer criminals?
i didn't see anything in the article about these programers being criminals either.
or about any proof of actual "theft" even though you love using that word in many other comments.

if you want to take a stand that big business can do anything it wants, no matter how immoral, as long as they can show it's legal, buy laws to make it legal, or pay any fines if it the first two fail, that is fine... but don't hide behind a moral banner.
