Well If
P2P only shared with ''whom''you wished to share, and not a beach party,RIAA would have only that towel to stand on.

If it was that P2P does exactly what it is suppose to do as copyright law described RIAA would do exactly what it is suppose to do.

See how many people can fit on a single beach towel. It is certain there is plenty of phone booths around as well. And lets not forget about the bug department.

RIAA simply describes what it wants in any given situation. Since copyright law does not describe that situation.RIAAs members will have to decide on some kind of description.

Sharing of copyrighted works has merits. This cannot be denied. It is just another specification authors, and the public cannot be aware of because of the facet of everyday business benifiting a single aspect of copyright and the entities they involve. There are many different aspects than the singular mention of copyright law in and of itself. There should be just as well more mentionable aspects with wich a copyright has relationship with respect of its authors, persons, and technology.

P2P being only one of them.Just how we get there, and 'who is involved may very well be just another aspect of copyright law,and authors themselves. Because if a copyrighted effect wants to use P2P it wouldn't be the existance of copyrighted effects that dont to make that decision for them.

And what never heard of freedom of the press ? It isn't plagerism to define merit where there is none. That wasn't an acusation,it is just there is merit now where none existed.

- just talking..........and whatever.
