because...
thre is no Virtual PC, or the same type of program out there that can run on intel Macs yet.... well thre is one thats available, but it runs EXTREMELY poorly.

When/if Virtual PC or VM Ware release a x86 OSX version, it will be much more useful than the current way to get Windows running like in this article.
