Why would M$ care?
If the copy of Windows is licensed, M$ should not care whether you run it on an Intel Mac or another PC, or even under Virtual PC on a Mac. If the copy of Windows is not licensed, M$ would not want it to be run no matter what the hardware.

On the other hand, Apple should not care if someone runs Windows on a Mac, since they were paid for the hardware and the Mac OSX that came with it. What Apple does care about is someone running Mac OSX on NON-Apple hardware.
