My opinion is that it is mostly FUD, but ...
Intellectual property cases are notoriously
difficult to resolve because there's a gray area
between stealing which is illegal and
borrowing from which is legal. Also the
question of who owns UNIX has been
debated for 20 years or more. My question is
why now when people are abandoning
Windows on servers because of the expense
and the superior stability and security of
UNIX?
