McBride has not case
McBride has no case, and that's become clearer and clearer with time. The question now is simply which one of the many cases they're fighting (some as plaintiff and others as defendant) they will loose first.

It's also fun reading their legal briefs. It reads like a high school student on the debate team. You just shake you head, and think that in 10 years or so, and lots more legal education, they'll make good traffic lawyers.
