Here in Cincinnati Zoomtown just announced a speed increase for ALL users, from 768k and 1.5MB to 3MB.
And get this: no price increase! In fact, if you had 1.5MB your rate goes DOWN.
$29.95 a month gets me 3MB download. Gotta love it.
