I wanna set up a VoIP spam business

No regulation /and/ a worldwide reach - it's great! Expect to be phoned during dinner by my teams of licensed prostitutes in Korea. My robot doctors will prescribe Viagra over the phone. And we'll call for one ring then hang up, to encourage people to ring our premium-rate number and sample our de luxe voice-mail service. And I'm going to have another business unit in Nigeria.
