Umm....you seem to have very little understanding of how the judicial system works.

The appeals court in this case was the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Judges are appointed FOR LIFE. Out of the 13 judges, only 2 of them were appointed by Bush. The rest were appointed by various former Presidents. The rest were all on the bench many years BEFORE Bush even became President!

And they completely vacated Judge Jackson's ruling ordering a breakup of Microsoft because they found serious, serious errors in Judge Jackson's decision. If you read the ruling, they came pretty close to censoring him. Standard pratice is to remand the case back to the trial judge, but in this case they gave the case to a different judge entirely.
