They were also found to be lacking in compliance with the US ruling a while back. 2 court systems, both found Microsoft lacking. The European ruling dates back to 2004. The US case went to Appeals and only 1 part of what Judge Jackson issues (the breakup order) was kicked by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly (the case can be read [url=http://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/microsoft-2001.html]here[/url]).

2 different systems, 2 different courts, same conclusions of law and same findings.
