EC & US : Microsoft still out of compliance
It's not as if they will comply with either court system (and both have found them to be in violation of some Anti-Trust laws). In the case of the EC, they did not provide what the courts asked for (yes, they are in appeals now and the EC did not want code, sorry No_Ax). But why would Microsoft bother to comply with Europe is they aren't even going to comply with the American Courts?
