Salesforce.com has killer PR firm

Look at all the press hits these guys are getting to make up for those service stumbles. Whatever massive amount of money you're paying your PR firm for the ink, they're at least getting the job done.

Those of you starting a business pay attention. A good PR firm wines and dines media execs, bloggers and writers. They'll write stories for them, arrange interviews, provide product samples, supply pictures...they're very helpful. That's why so many cheerleader stories turn up in online rags.

For everyone else please review the open source CRM packages before making a final choice of the product you intend to deploy.

And if you're depending on trade rags for unbiased technical advice, it's sort of like a reverse Publisher's Clearinghouse. You might have already lost!
