Most of the 95% that use Windows don't even know what they want.

That is most pompous, arrogant and ignorant statement I've ever read. To label the majority of computer users in the world today as not knowing what they want lacks any sense of reality and displays nothing but bitterness and resentment and hatred on your part. And does nothing for any credibility you may have had.
